     Since 1995, she has worked in the Beijing District Party Committee of the Chinese Academy of Forestry. From 1997 to 2004, she has worked in the Science and Technology Department and Office of the State Forestry Administration. In August 2004, she was transferred to the International Bamboo and Rattan Center. Oversee personnel, finance, party affairs, technology management and community management and other related work. In April 2014, she served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the International Bamboo and Rattan Center.

    In July 2023, she was appointed as the Deputy Director General of the International Bamboo and Rattan Center.
